With an Italian home party theme “Together”, the preview event was held in three fashionable cities in Asia —— Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Seoul —— presenting a cozy Italian lifestyle and ambiance to guests.

Recently, Bottega Veneta entrusts Mazarine Asia Pacific to organize a series of events, launching its 2019 Pre-Fall Collection, designed by their newly appointed creative director Daniel Lee.
Mazarine Asia Pacific team dedicatedly planned the event for over three months to deliver a fantastic experience to all guests. Besides event concept creation and execution, the team developed the digital CRM system and fashion photography system to optimize guest experience.

After receiving the event invitation via WeChat, guest can directly RSVP online. Bottega Veneta official WeChat account will push guest a confirmation message with QR code that will be used to check in on the event day.
Upon arrival, guest presents the QR code at reception and is given a bracelet to scan later to receive exclusive and nicely-retouched photos of themselves on or after the party.
The preview and dining area is decorated with Italian-style furniture and plant arrangements. While enjoying live music performed by DJ Boom Bip, guests can taste exquisite pass-around dishes and Gelato, mingling with friends and enjoying the sweeping night view of Huang Pu River.
Guests all receive a fake vinyl with a digital experience of the music of the night. The sound track is created exclusively for Bottege Veneta by the DJ.
